HYBRID - Commercial Lines Account Coordinator - Position Summary

Processing daily service requests while adhering to our department policies, workflows & procedures is the core responsibility of this position. Our Account Coordinators are responsible for maintaining excellence in document attaching/labeling and keeping mail/activities current. Job Summary:

Processing daily service requests while adhering to our department policies, workflows & procedures is the core responsibility of this position. Our Account Coordinators are responsible for maintaining excellence in document attaching/labeling and keeping mail/activities current. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Distribute and/or attach electronic mail

  • Order Loss Runs

  • Order WC Experience Modification Worksheets

  • Pull MVRs (emailing to anyone outside of Acrisure is done by using a secure file)

  • Policy Checking

  • Renew Policies in EPIC, including updating the policy number & estimated premium/commission fields

  • Audit processing

  • Claims follow ups

  • Maintain high quality of excellence and accuracy in document labeling according to our labeling standards

  • Prompt response to all email and voicemail correspondence

  • Pull policies, endorsements, audits, and other documents from carrier websites and attach them to the appropriate activity code in EPIC, creating activities in EPIC as needed

  • Process Notice of Cancellation notices according to specific instructions

  • Document EPIC using clear, concise wording/notes, such that if another person were to go into an activity, they would easily know what had happened and what needs to happen next, thus providing seamless concierge service to our internal and external clients.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma

  • Valid California Property/Casualty license (preferred but not required)

  • Valid driver’s license & auto insurance

Technology Skills:

  • PC Computer (including strong typing skills)

  • EPIC Agency Management System (preferred but not required)

  • Microsoft Word, Outlook, including Quick Parts, Excel

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer/Chrome/Firefox/Edge

  • Company online sites

Pay Details:

Annual Salary: $48,000 - $68,000
