Position Overview:

The Home Office Personal Lines New Business Development and National Strategic Partner Relationship Leader will play a vital role in driving new business opportunities within both traditional and high-net-worth segments. This role focuses on building and managing national relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) and Strategic Partners, organizing events, and implementing strategies and marketing campaigns for organic growth. Additionally, the position involves supporting our HNW producers and team members, working closely with all Platforms, and ensuring smooth communication with the home office. Lastly, the National Business Development Leader will lead the PL Center of Excellence activities and website.

Core Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Develop and implement a system for managing national COI relationships
  • Communicate APRA's value and support ongoing website development.
  • Coordinate events to drive new business and strengthen COI relationships.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership on growth strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage and distribute COI national leads to APRA regions.
  • Coordinate both digital and direct mail campaigns.
  • Create ongoing communication strategies with COIs using newsletters, blogs, and collateral.
  • Work with internal teams to support regional and national goals, ensuring strong knowledge of personal lines for high-net-worth clients.

Event Overseeing:

  • Plan and execute impactful and engaging events in collaboration with national COI relationships.
  • Develop and implement tools to track revenue generated from COI relationships and events, ensuring clear measurement of financial impact.
  • Optimize cost-sharing opportunities by involving carriers and third-party alliances to enhance event value.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to senior leadership on progress and challenges.

Sales Support and Training:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and services
  • Support HNW producers and team members in building relationships and creating new opportunities with COIs.
  • Manage the Acrisure PL Center of Excellence and develop and coordinate Webinars and educational opportunities.
  • Embrace Acrisure’s Strategic Carrier partnerships by building strong business relationships and maximizing commission and profit-sharing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the home office marketing team to create engaging materials for presentations and business opportunities.
  • Serve as a key resource for ongoing education and training.
  • Track and report on performance metrics to evaluate the success of business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in relationship building, business development, event coordination, or a related role within the insurance industry, focusing on Centers of Influence and high-net-worth clientele.
  • Possess strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage COIs and Acrisure regional partners.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across Platforms and departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Ten years of industry experience and strong relationships with carriers are ideal, or a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
