Responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging mechanical and thermal simulation software.


Works on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variance factors.


Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.


Work leadership may be provided by assigning work and resolving problems.

Position Requirements:

-The candidate should have PhD, or MS with 3+ years of industry experiences, in ME/Aerodynamics/EE.

-Strong programming skills in C++, and familiarity with object-oriented programming methods.

-Prior knowledge and experience with distributed/multi-threaded programming, meshing techniques, finite element analysis, heat transfer analysis, and in-depth understanding of mechanical and thermal simulation for chip, 3D-IC, package and PCB preferred.

The annual salary range for California is $114,800 to $213,200. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
