Franchise Compliance Specialist will perform a wide variety of clerical and administrative tasks

As a Franchise Compliance Specialist, a typical day for you will include:

 Assist and support franchise compliance and accounts receivable teams with day to day

operations which may include contact with internal and external parties.

• Collect required documents from franchise owners including certificates of insurance and

other information.

• Perform a variety of administrative duties such as data entry, copying, filing, scanning, and

indexing.

• Update, maintain, and manage multiple systems daily. Successfully communicate and

work with brand presidents, officers, external contacts, and internal departments to perform

responsibilities. Use and continue “paperless” document management systems.

• Maintain confidentiality of personal and sensitive information.

• Interface with others in a professional manner and be a trusted resource.

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

(Required qualifications)

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Self-starter. Ability to work autonomously with little support.

• High computer literacy including strong experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint,

Excel and Outlook is required.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

• Sense of humor
