What this job involves

  • Supporting Clients in strategic decision making, standard and ad – hoc real estate reports and analysis preparation.  Outputs visualisations and presentation for both JLL teams and external Clients.
  • German Lease Documents verification.
  • Processing large amounts of data, analysing and drawing conclusions. Taking ownership of the output quality. Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for other team members.
  • Providing diligent data and process analysis. Reports, tools and processes improvements submission and execution. Sharing knowledge and building best practices.
  • Interacting with both with JLL and Client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery within the Account governance framework.
  • Acting as a single point of contact for the Corporate Client's Real Estate team and internal stakeholders. Communication with respective regions and service lines, client teams. 

Desired skills and experience for this job

  • Fluent spoken and written German and Business English (enabling leading conference calls and German documents understanding and verification)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferable in Finance / Economics / Management / Real Estate.
  • 3+ years of relevant business environment experience, minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Power Point, Excel – advanced formulas, and pivot tables, basic VBA would be an asset).
  • Ability to see through data and translate it into understandable outputs (e-mails, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets).
  • Ability to deliver tasks with minimal supervision, skill to plan and execute autonomously, client focused, open – minded and willing to challenge status quo.
