What will you do?

As an Operations & Process Transformation (OPT) Analyst / Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving business transformation and operational excellence for global clients. Using cutting-edge process and performance improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM, you’ll help organizations unlock their full potential.

Your impact will span across project execution, teamwork, and practice growth. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

🚀 Strategic Value Chain Assessment – Analyze client operations to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities.

🔍 Process Optimization & Transformation – Leverage a powerful toolbox of transformation techniques to enhance client workflows and boost performance.

🎓 Empowering Clients Through Training – Equip client teams with Continuous Improvement skills, problem-solving techniques, and industry best practices.

🌍 Driving Operational Excellence – Lead high-impact performance improvement programs for global organizations, helping them streamline processes and maximize value.

📊 Evaluating & Enhancing Initiatives – Conduct organization-wide reviews to ensure sustained process improvement and business success.

🤝 Partnering with Senior Leadership – Engage with mid-to-senior-level executives in large, multi-location global enterprises, offering expert guidance and actionable insights.

💡 Shaping the Future of OPT – Contribute to the continuous evolution of our OPT offerings, refining methodologies and staying ahead of industry trends.

Who and what we are looking for:

• Higher education. Post graduate or MBA will be an asset  

• Very good English communication skills (written & spoken)

• Experience in preparing and leading workshops

• Professional experience in Lean Management / Kaizen / Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement / Business Excellence / Operational Excellence / Quality Management / Business Process Mapping, etc.  

• Training, coaching and mentoring experience

• Additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma (GB and above), Lean Management, Kaizen, etc. are very welcomed

• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Strong relationship building skills at all levels

• Self-paced, determined, able to deliver on own scope of responsibility as well as value contributor and team player  

• Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to client audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussion

• Very good, practical skills in using Excel and PowerPoint
