One of our key clients, an iconic sports and lifestyle brand, is seeking a Project/Content Manager to oversee and coordinate the content process for their digital app. In general, this role will involve leading and managing content workflows, coordinating with brand leads, content teams, and the authoring team to ensure timely delivery in line with launch dates. You will be responsible for managing various stakeholders and maintaining close communication with the brand leads, flagging any issues or delays in content delivery proactively. A key tool for this role is Airtable, which will be used to track and manage workflows across multiple teams.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Manage content planning and authoring workflows for the app, working with key internal and external teams.
  • Facilitate content planning with client stakeholders, ensuring internal deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Co-ordinate marketing launches on platform, collaborating with internal teams to manage content across owned channels.
  • Be the primary point of contact regarding content with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Use Airtable and CMS systems to track content progress, optimize workflows, and improve processes.
  • Monitor and report on content delivery performance, providing insights and recommendations for operational improvements.

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • 4+ years of experience in content management and administration.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent client management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Experience using Airtable and CMS systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
