The winning candidate is an exceptionally creative people person with high energy; we’re looking for an original thinker and assertive driver who can effectively promote and engage the Service Operations organization while working within the brand guidelines of a renowned Fortune 500 company.

Winning Candidate Will:

  • Develop marketing strategy and roadmap aligned to business strategy and growth initiatives; proactively and creatively seek out new opportunities and new innovative ideas to create impact on this large organization
  • Create, develop, and execute design solutions with compelling visuals and layouts across a variety of channels including social media, email, and live meetings/events
  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials including presentations, signage, infographics, and other collateral
  • Work effectively both independently and within a team setting to provide creative solutions with minimal direction; proven versatility to collaborate with diverse personalities in a dynamic environment
  • Be comfortable pitching designs to stakeholders outside of the creative industry (technical / engineering/business analysis); find inspiration and motivation to apply their expertise in an internal setting tailoring to a diverse set of internal audience (employees, other cross-functional organizations, Executives, and C-suite)

Winning Candidate Needs:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, media, graphic design, art, journalism, or related discipline and at least 7 years of work experience in a marketing/communications role
  • Outstanding communication and story-telling skills (verbal, written, visual) adaptable to all levels including C-Suite; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other software/apps / media for creative content creation
  • Capacity to learn complex information quickly; analytical and creative thinking to distill multi-faceted details into credible yet simple messaging
  • Demonstrable people skills and proven track record of organizing communications and events that generate buzz and promote audience engagement
  • Robust portfolio highlighting effective marketing/communications collateral and website/social media content

Nice to Have:

  • Adobe Certified Professional (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Animation experience; web design
  • Video production and editing skills (Adobe Premier Pro)
  • Data visualization proficiency (Tableau, Power BI, Excel charts)
  • Experience and/or strong interest in technology and semiconductor industry; Applied Materials, Service, and Operations experience a plus
  • Program management and change management experience or certification
