Currently, we are searching for Reporting & Analytics Lead to join our R&D Finance Operations team located in our Finance Hub in Poznan:

How you will contribute to our success:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources
  • Developing report wireframes to highlight key metrics and trends
  • Creating data visualization tools to help users understand complex data
  • Gathering feedback from stakeholders to improve reporting and governance
  • Translating stakeholder’s requirements into reporting deliverables
  • Developing performance metrics
  • Delivering ad hoc reports and analysis
  • Designing and developing dashboards and systems for reporting data
  • Maintaining databases, dashboards, and reporting software

Key responsibilities:

The role covers the oversight of R&D Finance and related entities, and your support will be required for either Business as Usual or Project-related activities. In your role you will:

  • Work with a global R&D Finance customer base from Financial Leadership Team, Functional Finance Partners and Portfolio supporting Finance Partners to define, implement and deliver robust data, analytics and benchmarking (where applicable) to support the budget and actual decision support
  • Design key analysis for teams working in close partnership with various teams across R&D Finance
  • Work with R&D Ops Team lead and Capability and Transformation Lead to execute the reporting and analytics strategy and vision and deliver a set of solutions that ensure relevant, real-time data is available to drive performance and decision support
  • Partner with other Finance teams across GSK to understand best practice and where possible embed across R&D Finance delivery
  • Partner with R&D Data Oversight team and R&D Fin Tech to ensure availability of key data for analytics reporting and benchmarking for R&D Finance and user community
  • Support and train users on advanced development and most effective use of Power BI web service solution (Vista)         
  • Maintain and organize R&D Finance part of reporting homepage to ensure easy access and up to date reports
  • Produce routine analyses, schedules and summaries for internal & external stakeholders
  • Produce, interpret metrics and KPIs across all R&D hosted reports to ensure standard reports are meeting demand
  • Drive continuous service improvements

Requirements:

  • Finance/Accounting degree or qualification  
  • At least 3-5 years of post-graduation/ post-qualification experience
  • Expert level knowledge of Power Bi
  • Experience in Financial Reporting
  • Experience in data analytics and/or data science
  • Experience in analyzing data obtained internally or from other providers
  • Familiar to Agile Project Management framework
  • Ability to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyze and resolve specific problems
  • Ability to manage tasks and work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate your ability to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions
  • Excellent communication (written/oral) in English (minimum C1) .
  • Ability to work in culturally diverse teams
  • Continuous improvement mindset

Preferred requirements:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Knowledge of Azure data transformation and analytic tools – Azure Data Factory, Databrics 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud Services 
  • Experience in other Microsoft Power Platform tools implementation (Power App, Power Automate)
