The Senior Financial Analyst will report under the Supply Chain Solutions organization for the Retail, Tech & Health group. This individual will provide financial and analytical support to Financial Management and Logistics Management. Responsibilities include, variance analysis to budget, identify and quantify cost saving opportunities, monthly billing, month-end close support, forecast changes, annual budgeting, and pricing and contracting support. This individual is responsible for streamlining and continuously improving accounting and financial functions.

Essential Functions

  • Month-End Closing: To include journal entries as necessary to re-class revenue / expenses; explanations of variances vs. forecast / annual plan; general ledger research to ensure all possible billing opportunities are captured
  • Operational Initiatives: Work closely with Senior Management in Operations to identify and recommend opportunities for cost/productivity improvements and requests for capital
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: To include forecasting, business planning and customer/cost center performance analysis, and completing monthly reconciliations
  • Training: Provide financial training and support to Operations staff and management, including policies, procedures and financial tools
  • Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance: Assist with audits, as needed, to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
  • Analysis: Provide actionable competitive analysis and insights to feed strategy development and facilitate tactical decision-making, periodic and ad-hoc analysis and reporting
  • Payroll: Assist with payroll reporting and support for the Operations team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • Five (5) years or more experience in Finance, Accounting or related field required

Compensation Information:

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc.

Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Pay Type:

Salaried

Minimum Pay Range:

70,000.00

Maximum Pay Range:

85,000.00

The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
