Job Summary

The Xfinity Lifecycle Marketing Team has a unique opportunity for a Senior Analyst, Upgrade Communications. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the ongoing development and iteration of customer upgrade communications (Email, App, .com, SMS and others) across all lines of business and audiences, primarily focused on Xfinity Mobile. Specifically, the Senior Analyst will be focused on timely campaign reporting, performance optimization, and deployment support of all campaigns in partnership with third party agencies, internal CRM teams, and internal analytics teams. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for the ongoing integration of test and learn across all Upsell communications, ensuring continuous improvement / performance against core KPIs (Margin, CLV, engagement, churn reduction).

Reporting into the Sr. Manager, Upgrade Marketing, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for building out campaign reporting to drive performance optimization as well as awareness of our upsell efforts. The ideal candidate will ensure timely measurement of campaigns to continuously optimize communications efficacy. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will need to support execution of day-to-day upgrade communications, development of tentpole campaigns and maintenance of our always-on test and learn agenda.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Day to day reporting of upsell marketing communications, in partnership with Lifecycle Analytics and Insights and the Enterprise Business Intelligence team. Ensuring day to day reporting from Adobe Analytics and vendor databases while partnering with additional teams for more sophisticated measurement and omnichannel performance insights 
  • Support end to end execution of all customer upgrade communications (primarily e-mail, app, .com and SMS): Creative development, management of agencies / vendors across multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Support the always-on test and learn roadmap, including but not limited to: Subject line testing, imagery / color testing, messaging, journeys (in conjunction with digital marketing) 
  • Ensuring that communications strategies and creative executions are optimized to resonate with high-priority audiences / segments 
  • Oversees agency accountability and output throughout the Marketing Communications development process 
  • Consults with Sr. Manager regarding strategy, content, design and production of all marketing materials and is responsible for ensuring accuracy of content before being communicated 
  • Ensure project goals, timelines budget parameters are maintained. Ensures key Marketing Communications programs are communicated both internally and externally 
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2-4 years of customer marketing experience, ideally in a B2C, subscription business with significant exposure to digital marketing 
  • Analytic mindset - Ability to rapidly diagnose trends and develop forecasts. Skills in last-touch email measurement (e.g., via Adobe Analytics)  
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, .com, legal, editorial, and other marketing groups 
  • Knowledge of test design and comfort building short to long-term roadmaps, managing multiple tests at any point in time 
  • Works with minimal supervision, manages own time effectively, maintains control over all current projects/responsibilities. Follows up on all relevant issues.
