Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, developing technical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business process and application requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Good To Have Skills: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional knowledge. - Experience in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business process and application requirements. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and integration with other systems. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful technical solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
