About the Role
Lovepop is seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to lead creative and advertising initiatives across our acquisition marketing channels. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth, this role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through a comprehensive, cross-functional approach. You will collaborate closely with teams in creative, product, analytics, and technology to optimize the entire customer journey—from initial ad exposure to conversion and beyond.
The ideal candidate blends analytical competency with creative flair, demonstrating expertise in data-driven growth strategies such as audience segmentation, campaign optimization, and rigorous testing across key platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You should bring a proven track record of effectively managing substantial marketing budgets to achieve performance metrics such as ROAS and LTV. Additionally, a critical aspect of this role is leadership in creative testing, experimentation, and iteration. You have consistently delivered breakthrough results through innovative and effective creative strategies. As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will have a significant impact on business strategy, influencing decisions that drive buyer acquisition and improve customer retention at Lovepop.
