About the Role

As the Digital Performance Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role within the Global Performance Media team. You will lead always-on performance display & social campaigns across global markets from planning through to analysis, supporting the growth of Bose’s DTC Ecommerce business. You will create data-driven strategies leveraging 1st, 2nd & 3rd party data to reach in-market audiences with targeted, personalized messaging to drive efficient bose.com traffic and revenue. You will drive creative strategy for performance-driven assets. You will be accountable for delivering against KPIs aligned to overall PM program objectives and DTC Ecommerce growth targets. You will drive program performance through collaboration with agency partners and internal teams through continuous test-and-learn and optimization.

Job Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute campaign strategy and plans based on objectives to drive Bose.com consideration/traffic (mid-funnel) and conversion (lower funnel). Leverage retargeting and prospecting tactics across programmatic and social platforms to meet campaign objectives
  • Own campaigns end-to-end across priority global markets, inclusive of targeting and segmentation, campaign planning & execution, optimization and reporting 
  • Establish channel/campaign KPIs and ensure programs deliver on targets. Identify campaign-level and overarching opportunities to improve or scale performance, continuously optimizing campaigns to meet and exceed goals
  • Manage and execute global channel budgets in line with overall program KPIs. Monitor pacing across campaigns and lead budget reallocations
  • Own dynamic creative and messaging strategy and approach to deliver personalized experiences and drive program performance. Continually test new audiences and creative messages to help maximize results and meet campaign goals. Manage DCO partner to deliver optimal experiences and performance
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics & IT/Dev teams to ensure all tracking and tagging requirements are in place for campaign execution and measurement
  • Lead media agency and partners to drive successful execution of strategy, campaign excellence, and continued innovation & advancement in channel approach

Alignment to Business & Marketing Objectives

  • Partner with Brand Media team to build full-funnel strategy across social/display platforms, to pull consumers down funnel and ensure connected experiences
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce team to ensure media plans align to ecommerce objectives and support business plans.
  • Ensure campaign plans align to the customer journey and the right creative message is leveraged (from Brand Media to Ecommerce CX)
  • Advocate for channel best practices as part of larger marketing activations (internal and external partners)
  • Drive strategy and testing plan for first-party audience media targeting. Partner with CRM team to align segmentation and cross-channel CX.

Experience

  • Digital Marketing 3-5 years, with direct experience managing performance marketing programs
  • Experience implementing performance media programs across programmatic and social
  • Experience managing the strategy and testing plan for CRM media initiatives
  • Experience partnering with internal teams and managing external agencies and partners
  • Experience managing budgets driving to achieve traffic and revenue targets
  • Working with cross functional teams to achieve common targets
  • Strong communication and relationship building experience
