Job Purpose

To develop and drive the execution of brand marketing plans that deliver exceptional customer experience that drive business performance.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelors or Master degree in Sales & Marketing

  • 7+ years in pharmaceutical/FMCG marketing and sales, preferably with new product launch experience

  • Prior experience of leading high performing team

  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and delivering disruptive campaigns

  • Digital and omnichannel marketing experience is required

  • Incisive analytical and strategic skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic promotional strategy and brand plans to deliver brand sales and profit ambition.

  • Lead the planning and execution of brand marketing strategy, including launch strategy, omnichannel engagement plans and execution by field force

  • Extract insights through Market Research, field visits and KPI trends analysis to gain a deeper understanding of HCPs & Consumers to adapt execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and product lifecycle stages.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.

  • Create targeted marketing plans for both consumer and healthcare professional segments to drive product adoption and disease awareness.

  • Lead, Inspire, coach and manage the team to create a high-performance culture within the team.

  • Liaison with regional and global teams to localize global strategy/operational plans/content

  • Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to promotion and marketing code to achieve performance with integrity

  • Build omnichannel engagement strategy, leveraging the power of digital to maximize reach and improved customer experience and engagement

  • Enable performance tracking and diagnosis enabled and establish lead and lag correlation

  • Introduce disruptive engagement ideas that increase brand recall and uptake

  • Build spend plans and optimize A&P to meet brand objectives

  • Maintain strong relationships with field force and enable support for optimal execution

  • Liaison with production sites and distribution team to ensure accurate sales forecasting, demand fulfillment and availability

  • Make positive contributions to the overall culture of the organization and have high willingness to share back learnings and failures
