The Research Correspondence Rep I will review, resolve and ensure documents are in good order for subscriptions and tendering. This will involve reaching out to the appropriate party to obtain necessary information either by email, phone or mail.  

 

As you grow your skills and become more proficient in your work, the funds will become more complex. 

 

How you’ll spend your time:  

  • You will use your customer service skills to address clients to resolve items not in good order  

  • You will use your critical thinking skills to understand the items not in good order to achieve compliance 

  • You will use your detail-orientation skills to track issues and compile sales logs in order to achieve client satisfaction

Compensation Range:

Minimum: $33,920.00 - Maximum: $78,450.00
