In addition to managing existing relationships, this role includes responsibility for new sales – actively meeting and building connections with potential partners. Success in this role requires a structured approach to account management, excellent communication skills and ideally fluency in both Finnish and Swedish. Problem-Solving: Take ownership of client challenges, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure smooth account operations.
What you’ll need to succeed
Our ideal candidate will have some years of experience within the insurance industry, but more importantly, will know what good customer and client experience looks like. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, is proactive in meeting client needs, and can effectively highlight the benefits of our products.
You may be the right fit if you can identify with the following:
New Partner Sales: Ability to recognize potential opportunities and needs in prospective partners. This includes crafting and delivering compelling sales pitches to present AIG’s products and business model.

Financial Acumen: Regularly analyze and monitor financial performance of accounts. A strong understanding of budgets, forecasting, and profitability is essential to drive positive business outcomes.
Results-Oriented: Drive to deliver measurable success and strives for continuous improvement. Whether it’s achieving revenue targets, growth targets, client satisfaction, or renewal rates.
Customer Service & Problem-Solving: Strong focus on resolving client issues professionally and ensuring client satisfaction.
Account Development: Ability to optimize product offerings in partner sales channels, identifying opportunities for upsell and expanding product lines.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in Finnish, with Swedish as a plus, and strong English proficiency.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.
