Our location in Lake Forest, IL currently has an opportunity for a Pricing Coordinator.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Coordinator III within our Abbott Rapid Diagnostics business.
This position will provide administrative, analytical, and procedural support to internal customers on behalf of the Contracts & Pricing Department. This role acts as a liaison between account managers, regional sales managers, finance, and distributors in processing and administration of sales contract pricing.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Process sales contract and amendment pricing
Analyze and review contract pricing related information
Perform CRM and log maintenance on an ongoing basis to insure accurate reporting
Utilize data from the company’s CRM system to generate reports, analyze data, and track pricing request statuses
Interface with fulfillment group and distributors to establish working relationships, assure proper end-user pricing effective dates are loaded
Participate in and prepare for contracting & pricing policy meetings
Assist in updating departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Perform closing activities as needed
Meet deadlines and update clients with status
Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred:
Bachelor Degree in Business or similar field plus experience in similar role of at least 2 years or more.

The base pay for this position is
$24.80 – $49.60/hourIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
