Purpose :
This role is a member of the HR Shared Service Delivery - Operations. The appointee will be responsible for providing HR Systems and Services’ administrative activities for APAC countries.
HR Support Operations:
· Assist in the new hire on-boarding and off-boarding process for local countries
· Responsible for daily HR administration and coordination
· Maintain accurate HR record of electronic filing system
· Work with the HRBPa in the AP markets to maintain updated employment record
· Participate in regional and corporate projects
· Administer updating and generating reports from Workday
· Prepare relevant HR letters such as Company Certification, Release Letter and other HR documents.
· Handle ad hoc projects or HR programs as assigned from time to time.
· Provide support for preparation of trackers, templates and forms
Qualifications and Requirements:
Functional/Technical
· Proficient in MS office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
· Knowledge in G-Suite (Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail, Google Forms, Google Sheets)
Qualifications
· Completed a tertiary education
· Organized and very good attention to details
· Strong sense of responsibility and service orientation
· Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment
· Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
· Good team player
· Able to do multitasking
