Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) is one of the United States' leading providers of financial and investment services. We offer a full range of personalized wealth management, investment, planning, and retirement products and services to help meet clients' unique needs and to help them pursue their financial goals more confidently. This position is aligned with the Wealth & Investment Management leadership team and offers a high-impact, strategic opportunity to support a key line of business. The Lead Human Resources Business Partner will play a critical role in driving complex and comprehensive human capital initiatives. In close collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence, this role ensures the effective implementation of HR programs that enable business growth objectives while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
