This individual will be heavily involved in the onboarding process for newly hired employees.

Here is what you can expect:

• Constant interaction with incoming employees, team members, and Amteck employees

• Troubleshooting and finding creative solutions to ensure business needs are met

• A supportive, positive, and flexible team environment

• The opportunity to learn about other aspects of people operations such HR policy and law, recruiting, compensation, performance management, learning and development, and benefits administration

Here is what we are looking for:

• Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred

• Someone who enjoys making the company they work with a better place for their coworkers and the business

• 1-2 years of experience in human resources OR equivalent education such as an Associate's for Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Prior experience with onboarding new employees is a plus

• Efficient, accurate data entry ability

• Strong computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software
