Project Role : Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills : IBM z/OS
Good to have skills : Mainframe DevOps
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required

br/>Key Responsibilities : Monitor critical batches & console alerts. • Report batch issues. Apply SOP to troubleshoot. • Perform IPL/HMC operations and system maintenances. • Handle system breakdowns - Emergency IPL, Dumps • Identify & report risks to SLAs and engage stakeholders • Monitor System performance br/>Technical Experience : Expertise with batch scheduling tools - particularly in TWS tool. Good to have experience with other scheduling tools like CA-ESP, CA-7, or Control-M • Experience to work with Spool management tools, system monitoring and automation tools • Expertise & knowledge to perform IPL and knowledge of HMC operations • Experienced to support Production/LIVE environment in 24x7 support model br/>Professional Attributes : Good communication skill br/>Educational Qualification : Graduate
