Key responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams in leading the design, planning, and implementation of email security solutions and services across the business. 

  • Proactively investigate and develop improvements for existing and new processes.  

  • Identify new areas of opportunity consistent with security standards  

  • Leverage tools and knowledge to troubleshoot and identify complex problems, and ability to design.  

  • Manage the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and concepts of data classification and support the end users; Purview, Defender, CASB. 

  • Provide input on messaging initiatives, manage email security infrastructure, and deploy security controls to manage and mitigate risks. 

  • Perform tasks in support of the Information Security Steering Committee including creating the agenda, recording minutes and coordinating schedules.  

  • Deliver clear and meaningful reports, presentations, metrics, and other materials for approval by boards and committees.
