This opportunity is part of our Career Comeback program within our Institutional Banking & Markets (IB&M) team. You’re an experienced professional who’s taken a career break of two years or more, and are looking to return to the workforce. The program will start on Monday 10th March 2025.

Run over 12 weeks, the paid program is designed to provide you with the re-entry support and training you need to thrive. At the end of the program, permanent positions are available based on your performance and motivation to succeed.

Do work that matters:

Sitting within our Quants, Data, Analytics and Technology team, you’ll manage performance against the strategic agenda for the business and track activities against the implementation of strategy, planning and operations, financial management and risk management for a business area.​Your strong interpersonal and collaboration skills will see you actively build internal relationships and networks, which will allow you to understand and manage the impact of complex large scale projects.

As a strategic thinker, you’ll support the effective delivery of the change solution; working cross functionally to ensure change outcomes are successfully achieved. Overall, you’re a self-starter and passionate about achieving an exceptional end user experience.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Taken a career break of 2+ years and are interested in returning to work

  • Manage complexity and change, solve problems, manage broad stakeholder relationships and operate with an enterprise mindset.​

  • Create and track workforce and financial management activity via forecasts, budgets, actuals and reconciliation.​

  • Enhance the maturity of the discipline through effective problem solving and knowledge sharing of best practices.​

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, capable of dealing with a range of stakeholders

  • Permanent Australian working rights and are Sydney based
