Job Description:

Gallery Systems is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in content strategy development. The ideal candidate excels in project management, has exceptional writing and content development skills, and thrives in a team-based environment. Proven project management abilities are essential, as you will be overseeing marketing initiatives from concept to completion and working closely with design, product, sales, and international teams to deliver impactful, high-quality campaigns. Knowledge of the museum industry is highly desirable, allowing you to craft content and strategies that resonate with our unique audience.  

Your responsibilities at Gallery Systems 

  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals, identifying key messaging, themes, and content pillars.  

  • Write high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, thought leadership eBooks, infographics, videos, and webinars, ensuring consistency with our brand voice. Ensure SEO best practices are implemented to improve website visibility and performance. 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals, messaging, and timing. 

  • Manage the entire campaign process, from concept to execution, collaborating with graphic and web designers, product managers, and the sales team. Tasks include copywriting, marketing automation, and email deployment through Marketo. 

  • Develop strategies to enhance global brand awareness and collaborate with translators for cultural accuracy. 

  • Analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure alignment with business goals. 

  • Craft sales enablement materials and support the sales team in the RFP process, maintaining a library of standardized responses. 

  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn account, develop content calendars, and deploy campaigns via Hootsuite. 

 

Your qualifications and experience: 

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Art History, or equivalent experience, with a focus on B2B software or international marketing 

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in content writing and content strategy development for SaaS or B2B software companies (please include writing samples or a link to your portfolio with your application). 

  • Proven experience in international marketing, including collaborating with translators to adapt content for global audiences. 

  • SEO expertise and the ability to analyze content performance metrics to optimize campaigns. 

  • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Monday.com and social media platforms such as Hootsuite. 

  • Experience working cross-departmentally across sales, product, and customer support.  

  • Exceptional copywriting skills for landing pages, emails, ads, blogs, and social media posts. 

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. 

  • Adaptable to market changes and able to pivot plans as needed. 

Assets or nice-to-haves 

  • Marketo or other marketing automation experience 

  • SalesForce.com or other CRM experience 

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns 

  • Fluency in French, Spanish, or German is a plus
