As a Sr Manager, Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing GMV sales for Walmart’s e-commerce marketplaces. You will generate growth by providing strategic advice to cross border Sellers in order to develop their business in Walmart’s international marketplaces.
This role focuses on building trust through win-win relationships with third party Sellers driving engagement and adoption of growth-driving programs. We help accelerate program adoption for key growth opportunities by coaching Sellers on the fundamental building blocks to develop their business long term. These growth levers are consisting of (but not limited to) Walmart Fulfilment Services (WFS), Walmart Connect (WMC), Ship With Walmart (SWW), Deal events participation, etc.
In this role you will work with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling business cases to improve Seller experience. You will be entrusted with developing a book of business consisting of both high-value and transactional Sellers, while executing a consultative sales approach that drives Seller growth and acting as Seller advocate troubleshooting Seller issues with internal teams. In this role you will be responsible for building relationships with senior and executive level decision-makers form the Sellers to drive feature adoption and growth.

You’ll make an impact by:
Account Management – Manage a book of business of high-value, strategic and S&MB accounts across key categories. Drive and exceed Seller revenue growth goals through the implementation of Seller Programs. Work with a sense of urgency to drive and deliver sales goals while maintaining high quality outputs. Create & deliver compelling value propositions through a consultative selling approach, clear communication, problem-solving oriented, and utilize data to drive actionable insights.
Building Relationships with Key Decision Makers – Develop relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within senior management of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and working teams to develop business plans that exceed expectations. Understand Sellers' goals, decision-making processes, and success metrics.
Advocating For the Platform – Champion and evangelize our platform, and its evolving capabilities, to prospective sellers. Drive awareness and adoption of new seller services. Attend trade shows and external events to generate new partner opportunities.
Being Seller Obsessed – Listen to seller feedback, challenges, and needs. Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, site operations, partner support, etc.) to continuously improve the platform and experience.
Thinking Creatively – Explore and innovate! Develop and test new partnerships or services that create shared value for sellers, customers, and Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
