Job Summary
This role is responsible for Build an Online Business Plan and execute the Plan (Strategy and Execution), supporting in the country the Online Sales Leader on specific Online accounts. Plan and Execution include Key Leading indicators to win in the Online Fundamentals (using Consumer winning dashboard) and maximize the Online shopper experience executing into the account using the HP tools such as (Indexed content, Cross selling, Rating & Reviews, Omnichat, etc).

Responsibilities

1. End to End Online Account Planning for Retail accounts & 4P Plan  by Q & by Year (working as One team with Country Leader & Retail Account Manager) including:
Portfolio Strategy 1P & 3P
Account Commercial Calendar
Promotional Plan on Key seasons (Cyber, Hot sales, BTS, Xmas, Black Friday)
CX tools to execute into the account :
Indexed content
Hot Spots
Rating & Reviews
Cross Selling
Omnichat
Investment Plans including :
Google Search (Coop accounts)
Retail Media or Onsite Visibility
CRM initiatives
Ket Goals by Account
Account Market Share
AUP vs Market
Growth vs Market 
Digital Share of Shelf
Assortment
With the KAM & Online Country Leader, define Sales in & Sales Out Plan

2. Execute Business Plan on weekly & monthly basis with a Deep dive on:
- Portfolio: - follow up on 1P & 3P portfolio Strategy & execution
- HP Product Listing Tracking
- Weekly Business Analysis (Consumer Winning Dashboards with the Key leading indicators):
--Weekly & Monthly Market Share
--Stock Analysis (Stock out)
--Portfolio Sales in tracking to understand dates and level of inventory
--Sales Out tracking
--Share of Shelf
--Assortment
--Pricing & Promos
--Competitors analysis.
-Commercial Calendar tracking on daily basis
- Competitors
- New proposals to accelerate Sales out
- Optimize Retail Media plans and investments



Education & Experience Recommended

•Bachelor’s degree on Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration , Marketing, Digital Marketing , Ecommerce or related.

•Master’s degree on Ecommerce, Omnichannel, Digital or related (Optional).

•At least 3 years of experience in a similar Ecommerce role and/or Sales role

•Experience in Digital Marketing: SEO, SEM, PLA, Display and Social Media. CRM.

•Experience in Sales: Consumer , Retailers or similar

••Advanced Management of Tools: Analytics, Google Ads, Optional (Merchant Center, Data Studio, Facebook/Instagram tool).

•Advanced management of office and intermediate Power BI package.

•Advanced Microsoft Office.

•Fluent in Spanish & English Conversational level and English
