The Human Resources Assistant Manager will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. To oversee and manage the recruitment and staffing process to ensure the organization attracts and hires qualified candidates who meet client expectations and align with Everise standards.


Job Requirements:

  • Provide coaching and support to supervisors to ensure agents are managed in a way that ensures client deliverables are met and Everise standards are adhered to

  • Be a regular presence on the production floor and actively interact with supervisors and associates to ensure that they are engaged in productive work and systems are functioning properly

  • Ensure that underperforming associates and supervisors meet client expectations through the creation and implementation of written action plans

  • Create attract local programs that attract, retain and engage employees

  • Responsible for ensuring information is consistently reported to all employees regarding benefits, company policy, etc.

  • Consults with hiring managers to understand business requirements and functions in the department in need of establishing or enhancing pipeline of candidates

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with department heads, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility

  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders

  • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates

  • Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates

  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates and network about the company and position

  • Prepares candidates for interviewing with specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting

  • Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates

  • Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers

  • Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers and within the guidelines of the company compensation policy

  • Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting

  • Conducts follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies

  • with hiring managers and new hires

  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required

  • Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness

  • Works cooperatively with all members of the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities

  • Visits all hiring-manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the department and job specifics and uses that information to help candidates fully understand the opportunity

  • Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies

  • Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate

  • Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices

  • Works with and/or directs the efforts of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Recruiters

  • Provides recruiting and interviewing support for new site ramp up and launch

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3-5 years progressively responsible Human Resources Management roles preferably in a call center environment

  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills in recruitment, employee relations, benefits, payroll administration and compensation

  • Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills

  • Proficiency with various Windows programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Schedule flexibility

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong ability to multitask

  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment

  • Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance

  • Full life cycle recruiting experience is preferred

  • Ability to present new recruiting concepts to leadership
