Job Summary:
a. The Graphics and Production Senior Analyst creates print and digital design solutions for client-facing pursuit deliverables.
b. They collaborate with proposal teams at each stage of the sales process to establish an overall design strategy for creating visuals which will reflect throughout RFx responses, presentations, and other sales related materials.
c. They create engaging and innovative print and digital deliverables that will resonate with the client while implementing brand guidelines.
Technical Experience:
The Graphics and Production practitioner:
1.Designs all graphics and visuals to meet proposal requirements and brand standards in alignment with the selected theme
2.Manages all visual materials including proposals, presentations, and orals materials both digital and print production, as required
3.Collaborates with other graphic designers within the team on larger-scale assignments
4.Ability to understand and implement the latest creative trends impacting proposal design
5.Intermediate level in software technology used in the design and development of pursuit materials: MS Word, PowerPoint (PC); Adobe Acrobat
6.Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
7.Implements brand guidelines
8.Utilizes consistent formatting to develop print and digital pursuit deliverables that comply with client-specific requirements
9.Creates charts, icons, imagery, illustrations, infographics
10.Converts complex raw content into compelling graphic visualizations
11. Reviews, understands, and applies client formatting and submission requirements
12. Assists deal design lead with final production efforts
13. Follows process for archiving assets from completed deal assignments
14. Consults and collaborates with deal design lead or other internal design groups
15. Receives insights from deal teams about the client, market, and win themes to establish a visual concept
16. Presents/shares in community meetings
17. Posts to MS Teams
18. Other duties as requested
19.Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a graphic designer
20.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in documentation and presentation design working in MS Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products specific to PC platform
21.Minimum of 2 years professional experience in any of the following: Adobe Creative Cloud products, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat
Educational Qualification
1. Associate degree/College Diploma (±13 years)
2.Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related discipline

Additional Information:
1.As a proposal center, we often need to work non-standard hours (evenings or weekends).
2.Travel – 30-40% possible.
