The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Functional Consultant Program Manager in support of Enterprise Testing Services for MyNavy HR. If you are a motivated individual looking to be a part of a critical mission, CACI would like to speak with you!


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for defining and developing business plans, processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, communication, and performance metrics. Duties may include developing strategic plans and transition plans, conducting research and analyses of business practices, performing cost/benefit analyses, implementing process improvements; designing and implementing communication strategies and plans; and facilitating organizational change to improve organizational performance and service levels.

  • Supervise a team consisting of professionals, directs and reviews the work of team members in order to accomplish operational plans and results. Provides primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance and rewards decisions for direct reports.

  • The effort requires managerial, analytical, and technical support services throughout MyNavy HR to include oversight, testing and the evaluation of multiple development activities across the enterprise.

  • Support testing in the planning, preparation and evaluation of transformation software, to include afloat capabilities, ensuring capabilities delivered are in compliance with all business rules and that they achieve all functional requirements. Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex and are typically solved through drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues.



Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, engineering, or physical science and a minimum of eight years of work experience in: Functional Testing, Project Management, Data Analysis, Organizational Management or Business Process Improvement.

  • Requires active SECRET Clearance. Knowledge of military personnel systems, data and business rules.

  • Ability to work as a team member in a diverse group; ability to deal effectively with both Government and contracted workforce members.

  • Must possess the ability to influence others outside of own job area regarding policies and practices

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,900 - $148,900
