Responsible for the maintenance department operations, ensuring company standards are adhered to. Duties are inclusive of preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance. Continually work towards and support the improvement of the maintenance service to both guests and associates.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to interpret and perform basic computer functions.

The work environment normally entails the following:
• Indoor and outdoor work environment
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals throughout the day
