RMIT Vietnam is looking for Events Production & Administrative Support Assistant to support the delivery of key events across RMIT Hanoi campus, including major activities such as Staff Parties and Graduation.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, reliable and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail and a can-do attitude can make a real difference to the experience. The successful candidate should also be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event requirements.
This position is offered as a 6-month contract and will be engaged through a third-party provider.
Expected start date: Early August 2026

POSITION SUMMARY
The Events Production & Administrative Support Assistant provides hands-on support for event setup, logistics, and venue preparation across Hanoi campus. Working closely with the University Events team, the position assists with event infrastructure setup, venue operations, and logistics coordination, while supporting documentation and administrative processes, especially for major events such as Staff Parties and Graduation.
