Responsible for partnering with the broader finance organization, business planning teams and IT to centralize forecasting processes and reporting utilizing the Adaptive platform. Act as finance central support and expert of this tool, provide guidance to team members, and implement solutions that improve and streamline our business processes bringing value to the organization. Develop new insights and understand long term vision of the tool and deliver actionable results through team delivery. Seek out new system features and capabilities to address FP&A challenges. Improve forecasting processes through process transformation, simplification, and automation while ensuring the accuracy of financial data. Partner with supply chain, operations, and other areas of finance to implement planning process improvements that reduce cycle time and improve forecast accuracy. Collaborate with IT on the design of all system changes in the area, to ensure implementing scalable, future-proof solutions. Collaborate with the Enterprise Analytics team in designing and developing insights capability for FP&A.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems or Related Field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Business Analyst-related occupation In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Business Analyst-related occupation.
