Team/Role Overview:

This role reports to the Global Head of Custody Client Solutions and Experience and forms part of a new product team tasked with creating tailored client solutions and content. Custody is a part of the Securities Services organisation. 

Securities Services capabilities include a full suite of fund administration and middle office services as well as custody capabilities in 104 markets.

The role is a senior position responsible for Custody product solutions tailored to our Asset Management client segment. Responsibilities include:

  • Define our Custody product strategy for the asset management segment, ensuring Citi grows its position in the market while ensuring high quality product delivery.

  • Define Custody narrative including value proposition and bespoke solution packages for asset management client segment including integration with our Funds and Middle Office partners.

  • Primary individual responsible for solutioning complex deal opportunities incl. sustainable operating models, resources, commercial pricing and contractual terms

  • Develop thematic understanding of Custody asset management gaps to drive tactical and strategic deliverables that increase accessible wallet

What you’ll do:

  • Execution against strategy to increase revenues and margin in line with our business objectives.

  • Responsible for solutioning of complex deal opportunities including sustainable operating models, resources, commercial pricing and contractual terms.

  • Define content strategies aligned with business objectives and targeted client segments.

  • Enhance product to ensure Citi’s offering is highly competitive in terms of capability and client experience vs competitor products.

  • Own and lead initiatives to consistently deliver a leading product and service proposition.

  • Partner with Securities Services Sales organization to complete RFPs, client pitches, contract and commercial negotiations.

  • Manage senior client engagement.

What we’ll need from you:

  • Intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinker.

  • Ability to build networks and relationships internally and externally.

  • Familiarity with Custody, Funds and Middle Office operating models including integration with OMS providers.

  • Ability to create business analysis, troubleshoot data quality issues, and conduct exploratory and descriptive analysis of business datasets.

  • Ability to structure and break down problems, develop solutions, and to drive to results.

  • Process Management knowledge with a propensity for detail and comprehensiveness of content.

  • Ability to collaborate and clearly communicate complex ideas.

  • Generation of progress reports and presentations for management.

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
