As a Product Owner for one of the SAFFIRE Release Trains, you will be working closely with developers, government product owners, scrum masters, and the user engagement team to ensure that stakeholders needs are properly prioritized and executed. You will be a key member of the leadership team, doing work that matters for some of the U.S. Government’s most critical missions, and utilizing the latest technologies in Cloud Computing, AI/ML, and SecDevOps. 

Specific Responsibilities: 

  • Assist Government Product Owner in prioritization of capabilities with feedback from multiple internal and external stakeholders 
  • Communicate team priorities from Government Product Owner to Agile team 
  • Communicate customer and user needs to the development team 
  • Write epic and user stories, along with acceptance criteria 
  • Communicate and coordinate with External Stakeholders  
  • Assist in the Development and Maintenance of Product Roadmap 

What You’ll Bring to the Team: 

  • An active and current Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance and polygraph preferred
  • Prior experience with Agile Development and/or Scrum 
  • 5+ years of experience working within AI/ML & software development teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills 
  • Ability to work with and lead a team 
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment 
  • Understanding of all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle  
  • Experience with SAFe Agile Methodologies 
  • Agile certification 
  • Technical background in Software Development, AI/ML 
  • Information Assurance certification (like Security+) 
  • Experience with Cloud Computing and Hybrid On-Prem solutions 
  • Domain experience in Imagery Analysis or Computer Vision

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$89,500-$188,000
