Outsourced Solutions and Managed Services Director, Digital Transformation Lead
RSM is a leading provider of audit, tax, and consulting services to middle-market businesses and entrepreneurs across a broad range of industries. RSM’s Outsourced Solutions and Managed Services team provides a strategic bridge between business development, practice leadership, customers, and internal operations. This newly created team offers the opportunity to work in a startup type environment and help build the offering from the beginning and help shape the future of the Managed Services Practice. We are currently seeking an Outsourced Solutions and Managed Services Director, Digital Transformation Lead.
Digital Transformation Lead Core Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies in conjunction with the Enterprise Architect, Services Architect and Data Architect aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Assess the Consulting organization's digital maturity and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of automation, digital technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, IoT, and data analytics.
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
Lead organizational change initiatives associated with digital transformation.
Develop communication plans to engage employees and stakeholders.
Provide training and support to facilitate adoption of new technologies and processes.
Enhance customer experiences through digital channels, such as e-commerce, mobile apps, and social media.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction.
Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation and exploring new digital opportunities.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital transformation initiatives.
Monitor and analyze metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
6+ years working in a leadership role overseeing large scale innovation projects and change within a large, client facing organization
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fie
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of digital technologies and their applications
Proven experience in leading complex change initiatives
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
Additional Skills (Preferred)
Experience in specific industry domains (tax, audit, acctng)
Certification in digital transformation or technology leadership
Knowledge of data science and analytics

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $132,600 - $234,900Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
