The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market development within the assigned region by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. This role manages both direct and dealer-based sales channels, establishes and supports dealer accounts, secures sales of machines and parts, and ensures alignment with company standards and profitability targets. The manager conducts market research, gathers product and service feedback, collaborates with internal teams to support technical, service, and parts needs, and participates in trade shows and marketing activities, all while promoting customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
