Responsibilities:

  • Work on data entry projects in Applied Epic and ancillary systems.
  • Assist with data cleanup projects using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
  • Ensure work is performed in the correct database and the correct workflow is followed​.​ 
  • Provide manager with regular updates on project status and issues.
  • Provide internal training to other team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Facilitate meetings with internal teams.
  • Approximately one Saturday per month is required for conversion support.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for internal use.
  • Participate in project status meetings and provide updates.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • ​​Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)​
  • ​​​​Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy.​
  • ​​Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.​
  • Able to work independently as well as with team members.​
  • Approximately one Saturday per month is required for conversion support.
  • ​​The ability to multitask, prioritize and use discretion surrounding sensitive information​.
  • ​​Self-motivated, driven and maintains steady work effort throughout the day.​
  • ​​Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior and effort to achieve goals and objectives​.
  • ​​Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills. ​
  • ​​Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance.​
  • ​​Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.​

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Previous experience working in Applied or Vertafore software systems​ preferred.
  • P & C insurance license a plus.
