The Senior Strategy Manager partners with Client Services teams to execute marketing, analytics, and technology strategies to solve for clients’ most important business needs and objectives. The manager leads strategic and analytical discussions and deliverables focused on CRM Digital Strategy. The Manager is responsible for a cross-functional team who will assist in performing the duties required and reports directly to the Strategy Director

What You'll Do:

  • Strong CRM Experience with strategy development and analytics, specifically in the digital space.
  • Leads cross-functional teams and development of strategic deliverables.
  • Manages and leads a team of junior analysts/associates.
  • Understands the clients’ situation and business need and develop strategy to solve for their largest business needs.
  • Gathers information, collect and analyze data and develop recommendations for the client.
  • Analyzes data quickly and determine key insights and actions required.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms.
  • Develops client-ready presentations, including storyboarding techniques and developments of supporting analyses.
  • Problem-solves and thinks strategically while following internal processes.
  • Develops proposals and pursues new business opportunities.
  • Has a high level of proficiency in MS-Office applications, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Experience in CPG related industries including Automotive is preferred.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year College or technical school.
  • 5+ Years of Experience with 2+ Years managing people.
  • 5+ Years consulting experience required
  • Background in management consulting preferred.
