Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to adapt to evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable, scalable applications are central to daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of application features to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to promote understanding and effective project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of materials management processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP environment.
- Familiarity with data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting within SAP MM implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and sustainable application solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
