WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be part of the transactions team and work on a wide range of transactions including the acquisition of single assets, portfolios and property or development companies, as well as the setting-up of joint ventures and investment platforms. You will be active in a variety of real estate asset classes, such as logistics, residential, data centers, hospitality, office and retail. You will be involved in the full investment process.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

·Real estate cash flow modeling, underwriting and financial analyses

·Preparation of investment memoranda for investment committees

·Support due diligence processes, deal execution and negotiations

·Assist with execution and monitoring of business plans post deal closing

·Ownership and responsibility early on

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

·Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, economics, real estate or finance

·Prior experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity or transaction services

·High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point

·Fluent in German and English
