About the GCE&O Graduate Program
Biogen’s Global Customer Excellence & Operations (GCE&O) organization spans a broad range of business functions, supporting insights generation, operational excellence, patient identification, performance management, forecasting, and analytics. While roles differ significantly across the organization, all teams share a commitment to excellence and to ensuring Biogen delivers meaningful impact for patients.
The program is designed for recent graduates to work closely with GCE&O leadership, learning from experienced mentors and building an international network of colleagues. Rotations are tailored to the graduate’s development needs and the organization’s priorities, ensuring both meaningful contribution and personal growth.
Over the two years, the graduate will rotate through three key areas within GCE&O, gaining exposure to decision support, patient finding, insights generation, performance analytics, forecasting, and local business and market dynamics.
The Role
During the 2‑year GCE&O Graduate Program, you will complete three rotations:
Rotation 1 – Customer & Market Insights (CMI)
In CMI rotation, you will support strategic insights generation related to performance, market dynamics, and reporting. You will leverage qualitative and quantitative data sources, primary and secondary market research, and advanced analytics. Responsibilities include:
Rotation 2 – Patient Finding
In this rotation, you will focus on patient Identification, Engagement and Activation across multiple therapeutic areas, with a strong emphasis on rare diseases. This includes:
Rotation 3 – Affiliate Rotation
Your final rotation will be based within one of Biogen’s affiliates in the Europe, or Biogen International Region (BIR). This experience provides:
This affiliate rotation is considered fundamental, enabling the graduate to connect global strategy with local execution.
Qualifications
We are looking for recent graduates holding a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as business management, finance, economics, marketing, or a scientific field. A demonstrated interdisciplinary background and relevant work experience are preferred.
