As a Retail Business Development and Trade Affairs Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our cosmetics and electronic appliances business in Southeast Asia. Your responsibilities will include
What You'll Do
Business Development
Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities with retail stores and other offline advertising companies.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our CrossBorder products to target markets.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the retail industry, including buyers, merchandisers, and distributors.
Product Merchandising: Develop and execute product merchandising plans to maximize sales and profitability.
Trade Affairs
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant trade regulations, including import and export licenses, customs procedures, and FDA requirements.
Documentation: Manage trade documentation for all shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Collaborate with regional teams to facilitate smooth product import and distribution across Southeast Asia.
Customs and Freight Forwarding: Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to optimize shipping processes and minimize costs.
Why You Are
Cross-Border Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in importing overseas cosmetics to Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam) using a cosmetics manufacturing and sales license.
Trade Knowledge: Deep understanding of trade regulations, customs procedures, and FDA requirements in Southeast Asia.
Business Development: Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
Sales Promotion: Experience in sales activity to TV shopping programs and retail stores.
Product Merchandising: Knowledge of product merchandising techniques and best practices.
Network: Existing network of contacts in the retail industry, including online and offline retailers and distributors.
Language Skills: Native-level: Thai, Excellent-level English and proficiency in Japanese or Chinese is a plus.
