The Digital Services Team is the Center of Excellence for the development and execution of online marketing campaigns via social, native, video and display media and is central to the success of our broader marketing efforts.

Key expertise includes:

Google Analytics 4 Expertise:

  • Configure and manage Google Analytics 4 to track and report on critical performance metrics.

  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

Marketing Technology Stack Management:

  • Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to optimize the marketing technology stack.

  • Ensure seamless integration of various tools and platforms (CRM, email marketing, social media, etc.).

  • Stay updated on the latest marketing technology trends and best practices.

Data Interpretation and Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources, including marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and display networks.

  • Provide detailed analysis of campaign performance, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

  • Generate regular reports and presentations for senior management with actionable insights from campaign data.

Campaign and Program Success Evaluation:

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of individual marketing campaigns and overall programs.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign strategies and tactics.

  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the best-performing campaign elements.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align data analysis with marketing goals and objectives.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

  • Train and support team members in understanding and utilizing marketing metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing metrics and analysis.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and other web analytics tools.

  • Familiarity with ABM tools such as Demandbase and Madison Logic

  • Familiarity with the Adobe suite of marketing products including Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, data warehousing, CRM systems, and social media analytics.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with HTML, website A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and display advertising metrics.

  • Strong project management skills.
