Growth & Marketing

Workplace Type:
Remote

Requirements:

  • Good with Memes
  • Best in class reply guy/girl
  • Loves wasting time on Twitter (bathroom stall tweeting is a plus)
  • Funny
Application Process:

Submit two Memes. Our growth strategy is to create an association between Kalshi's markets and the news (because we often source our markets based on what is trending). Memes are probably one of the most effective ways to create this sort of brand association. The memes you submit should have viral potential (trendy, engaging, insightful, etc.).
  • One meme should be about Kalshi markets/predictions. It should reference our markets, and relate to what our product is about.
  • One meme can be general, but should still clearly relate to Kalshi and what we do.
Ideally, the memes you submit are tweets: write a tweet draft, take a screenshot of it, and link it in your submission. OR email the submission to [email protected].
Make sure they're relevant to the times, they relate to our product value proposition, and... well, funny :slightly_smiling_face:

Interview Process:

  1. Send us some Memes that talk about our market forecasts
  2. Make sure your memes are sick and prove you’re goated
  3. Get Hired

What’s Kalshi?

Kalshi is the first and only federally regulated exchange where people can trade on any event. We spent 3 years in hell to get this new asset class (event contracts) regulated and now people can trade Yes/No on questions like “Will Tiktok get banned?” or “Will Elon get fired?”. Kalshi is the fastest-growing exchange today. Our vision is to build a tech-first financial exchange that lets people trade on anything they want. We are looking for passionate and outlier people to join us to make this a reality.

Our Culture

We work hard and get things done. We have very little structure and meritocracy is at our core. We value people who take ownership and figure (usually hard) things out.

Commitment to Equal Opportunity

Kalshi is committed to creating a culture of inclusion and belonging, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We believe it is our collective responsibility to uphold these values and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to join us in our mission. All qualified applicants will be treated with respect and receive equal consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, uniform service, veteran status, age, or any other protected characteristic per federal, state, or local law. If you are passionate about what you do and want to use your talents to support our mission and values, we’d love to hear from you.
