The Funder performs wire set up and completes due diligence on loan files.

Principal Duties

  • Performs wire set up
  • Completes due diligence on loan files
  • Communicates with field and warehouse banks
  • Disburses loans and confirms disbursements with closing agents
  • Reconciles warehouse lines daily
  • Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Three (3) years of experience in mortgage industry

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements

  • Candidate must be familiar with industry related software
  • Overtime is a must and mandatory at month end
  • Experienced in working under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong proof-reading skills
  • Strong reading comprehension skills
  • Strong customer service skills

All employees are required to have smart phones that meet Company security standards with the ability to install apps such as Okta Verify and Microsoft Authenticator. Employment will be contingent on this requirement.
