The HRIS Analyst assists with the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensures delivery of high-quality services and products to internal customers. Serves as a point-of-contact for the system, routine system configuration, assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Serves as subject matter expert for the Workday HCM and Onboarding. Maintains the integrity of the Workday HCM and Onboarding data and system.  Assists in the research and evaluation of new computer technologies for Human Resources. Researches, analyzes, identifies and recommends system and process improvements. Maintains strict confidentiality and works with a high level of customer service.

What will you do?

  • Design, build, test, maintain and enhance business processes within HRIS according to company policy and guidelines.

  • Assists with converting manual business processes into workflows and system configurations.

  • Researches, analyzes, identifies, and recommends system and process improvements.

  • Assists with preparation and implementation of new modules for HRIS including configuration and user acceptance testing.

  • Helps identify and evaluate system enhancements or functionality

  • Serves as subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM and onboarding system. 

  • Maintains Workday Core HCM data and processes onboarding transactions.

  • Collaborates with functional and technical system stakeholders to streamline processes and promote adoption of Workday Core HCM and onboarding functionality.

  • Prepares new hire checklists for managers.

  • Assists Talent Acquisition with a variety of onboarding duties including relocation and review of offer letters

  • Serves as coordinator for new hire background checks.

  • Assists with the User Management system used for new employees, transfers, promotions, terminations, etc.

  • Performs special projects or related duties as assigned or as situation dictates.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience

  • 1 or more years related work experience

  • MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge and understanding of HRIS functional areas

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Azure, ServiceNow, or similar

  • Articulate or similar

  • Human Resource laws and practices

  • Workday experience
