Job Title: Senior Vice President of Hospice Sales

Reports to: Chief Clinical Officer
Overview:
Join Mission Healthcare as the Senior Vice President of Hospice Sales! We are looking for a dynamic leader to develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and meet company sales goals. This role involves overseeing all sales operations, recruiting and mentoring top talent, and fostering a culture of success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Manage, train, and coach Sales Managers to drive results.
Oversee the development of compensation and incentive plans for the sales team.
Collaborate with the VP of Operations on budget projections and resource allocations.
Lead market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Conduct performance assessments, market evaluations, and sales team development.
Drive continuous improvement in customer relationship technologies and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3+ years in healthcare marketing management, preferably in home care operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Expertise in sales planning, team leadership, and CRM management (Trella experience preferred).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
