Main Purpose:

Responsible for providing analytical, administrative, and commercial support for the comprehensive management of company-operated stores (COCOs), while also acting as a liaison between departments.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and update analytical models to develop commercial KPIs for COCOs (Fuels, Lubricants, and Stores).

  • Generate and monitor key performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and areas of strength.

  • Review and control accounting records: provisions, reclassifications, and account monitoring related to COCOs’ expenses.

  • Prepare and maintain the monthly P&L of the COCOs, integrating sales data, historical analysis, and margin evaluation by sector.

  • Lead the tracking of operational and maintenance expenses through dashboards, KPIs, and approval processes.

  • Analyze workforce data across the network (historical trends, sectors, promotions, etc.) and its impact on results.

  • Process invoices and follow up on supplier payments using Oracle and Navision.

  • Coordinate one-off purchases of operational supplies.

  • Participate in recruitment and selection processes for COCOs: profile definition, interview coordination, administrative tasks, and onboarding.

  • Serve as a liaison between COCOs and corporate departments (Stores, Marketing, Commitment Program, Logistics, etc.).

  • Provide commercial support, develop optimization proposals, and conduct analysis to improve the management of each point of sale.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, International Trade, Business Administration, or Marketing.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel.

  • Knowledge of Oracle (desirable).

  • Knowledge of Power BI.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, proactivity, flexibility, autonomy, and self-management.
