Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Monitor mobile device programs through Alerts Management systems and advise Branch Management on worker performance; publish statistics regarding performance against set goals. 
  • Inventory control, activation, deployment, and de-activation of mobile devices 
  • Track retrieval of devices from inactive and terminated employees 
  • Identify relevant training needs, documentation, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Provide training to new workers during the Onboarding Process 
  • Troubleshoot basic issues with devices as needed. 
  • Other duties as assigned 

  

  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 

  • Post-secondary education 
  • IT Support experience or Desktop Admin Experience

  • Proven ability to manage time sensitive tasks. 
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude. 
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of learning. 
  • Demonstrated ability to train, coach, evaluate, and improve others. 
  • Able to custom-fit training materials around individual needs. 
  • Excellent listening, observing, and questioning skills.
